Coverage is topical and will include supply chains issue and strategy, operations management framework, the Six Sigma approach, quality management, demand and supply planning, inventory deployment/control, and transportation networks optimization. Other topics will be added as the course progresses. The introduction of concepts via cases is preferred whenever appropriate.
