Description
This course tries to find out what are the resources that are available in a computer, specifically the hardware resources, and how those resources are interconnected. Topics covered include CPU design, Micro programmed control, pipeline concept, memory organization, cache memory architecture, RAM architecture, DRAM architecture, buffer cache, secondary storage organization, and I/O subsystem organization.
