Description
The primary objective of this course is to help you enhance your sensitivity to your environment and develop your own unique style of becoming effective in international corporate interactions. This course covers lessons on communicative competence, intercultural non verbal communication, barriers to communication, listening, communication rules and styles, interpersonal relational communication, persuasive communication, leadership, crisis communication and ethics in business communication.
