This course introduces experimental biochemical and molecular techniques from a quantitative engineering perspective
Experimental design, rigorous data analysis, and scientific communication form the underpinnings of this subject. Three discovery-based experimental modules focus on genome engineering, expression engineering, and biomaterial engineering.
