Space Flight Mechanics. Instructor: Prof. M. Sinha, Department of Aerospace Engineering, IIT Kharagpur.

This is an introductory course on space flight mechanics and is made to expose students to the complicacies of the substreams in space flight mechanics. This course is enriched with the introduction to rockets which will make the subject matter. From the starting phase of launching of a satellite to its orbit maintenance and determination, the course is covered with topics in particle dynamics, central force motion, orbit transfer, attitude dynamics and rocket propulsion.
