This effective record keeping training course is aimed at assisting carers to understand what is expected of them in regards to maintaining accurate up to date records and documents. The course will help carers improve their communication skills by teaching best practice documentation and record-keeping skills.
What is a training record?
A training record is a documented record of results or statements of results that simply outlines the units completed and the outcomes received. Training records or record of results are also known as:
Document retention: Employers must retain employee exposure records for the duration of employment plus 30 years. Training records must be retained for three years from the date on which the training occurred, although it is advisable to retain training records for the duration of employment.
